This isn't just any pasta! Broken angel hair pasta can be used to create one of Morocco's most famous dishes, Seffa Medfouna. Meat that has been cooked to perfection is hidden inside a giant dome of broken angel hair pasta that's been steamed to perfection. The entire dish is then decorated wtih cinnamon, powdered sugar and almonds. The dish is completely unique and an absolute must try!
