Artisanal Hand Made Decorated Moroccan Clay Ghoraf Mug
It's now possible to experience drinking from a Moroccan Ghoraf at home. Each cosy mug is hand crafted in the traditional method from clay. It is traditionally used to drink water but can be used to enjoy your favorite beverage.
The traditional black substance applied to each mug is called qetraan, a natural resin used for sealing and preserving. It has a bold, smoky scent that may be noticeable when your mug first arrives. This is completely natural and part of the traditional experience. The aroma will soften over time with use.
As this is a handmade piece, each item will vary slightly and may have minor imperfections.
