In Morocco, Artemisia Absinthium or wormwood is commonly used in Morocco to make a tea known as Sheeba. Traditionally fresh springs this herb are rinsed with warm water before being added to green tea thats been sweetened with sugar.
Absinthe from Mazyana is dried and coarsely ground, ready to be added to your next cup of green tea. Absinthe can have a bitter flavor if too much is added so a little goes a long way!
