Oued Souss Virgin Olive Oil is produced in Morocco’s fertile Souss-Massa region, an area known for its long tradition of olive cultivation. Made from Moroccan olives, this oil has a well rounded olive oil that's mild, slightly peppery and perfect for everyday use.
A staple in Moroccan kitchens, it’s ideal for use in salads like zaalouk, for cooking or for simply enjoying with warm khobz and a pinch of sea salt.
