Since 1936 Pikarome has been a staple in many Moroccan households.  You'll find this vinegar used in a variety of ways, most notably in vegetables salads.  Splash a bit in at the end of making the famous Zaalouk (Moroccan Eggplant Salad) to elevate the dish.  Can be used in recipes that require white or table vinegar.  

Now available in two sizes: 500ml and 200ml
